The New Sun Road team is excited to welcome Maya Sprouse as a Applications Engineer & Data Scientist. Maya began working with New Sun Road through a project partnership with the University of California, Berkeley during her Spring 2022 semester. She joined the team as an intern starting during her Fall 2022 semester, focusing on New Sun Road’s microgrid performance forecasting models. Having graduated with a BA in Data Science and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, Maya is excited to join New Sun Road full-time to work towards a more sustainable future with energy access for all.
